I know, its been quite awhile since I've been present on blogger. I got so busy with school that its hard to keep blogging on top of things to do. Anywho, I picked up this colonial-like dress from The Boutique in downtown a couple weeks ago and now I just can't get over it. I love how this dress can be worn with my new cowboy boots that I just purchased recently too. What I love the most about this dress (besides everything about it) is how it reminds me of this Style Stalker Lucidity blouse only its a dress :)
Thrifted jacket, Pac Sun top & jeans (Bullhead), Sam Edelman sandals, Bamboo Sky bag
When it comes to me and thrift shopping (at my local Goodwill) I either find one amazing piece or I'm left with nada. In this case, I left with SOMETHING. Luckily, with my good last minute eyes, I spotted this navy green anorak jacket. I was just about to leave the store when I had spotted it. I guess you can say I did get lucky this time around :)
By the way, this is not the first time I found something at the Goodwill to 'boast about'. Last year, I did find a real black fur coat at the same Goodwill. It looks just like this one Mary Kate Olsen has on. I never did wear it (yet). I'm saving it for a trip to somewhere cold.
Just keep in mind, if your not willing to spend a chunk of change from time to time, hit up your local Goodwill! There might be a treasure waiting for you there :)
When I saw Homecoming Honolulu post this jaw-dropping leopard maxi dress on their instagram I KNEW I had to have it. Along with these Jeffrey Campbell soiree's (which is sold out everywhere online). I was so ecstatic to know that they had the soiree's in stock and in my size! Now what's the odds of that? If you haven't already, go check out Homecoming!
Oh yeah and my brother's awesome girlfriend Malia took these pictures of me. My brother or boyfriend usually do but honestly they don't like too lol. Instead I think I'll hire Malia to be my photographer for my blog ;) I love her photo skills! Currently Listening To: Soundgarden - Fell On Black Days
